New - Flash and Pattern Legaliser

Launched in September 2001, our Harding Flash & Pattern Analysers have been protecting viewers from photosensitive epilepsy and helping broadcasters and producers stay legal for 10 years.

Building on the success of our Harding Flash and Pattern analyser, we have now developed a new system to generate Ofcom compliance in real time. The Flash and Pattern Legaliser calculates exactly when and by how much the photosensitive guidelines have been exceeded and then uses a suite of algorithms to implement the minimum correction necessary to achieve compliance.
